Outstanding! Midwest is the best example of a present day independent pharmacy. When I phoned them I interacted with a human being who took the time to engage with me not a lengthy automated menu to navigate. When I entered their storefront I was greeted by friendly people who patiently listened to me and took action to address my situation. I found Bob and Wendy to be both approachable and thoroughly helpful. They answered all of my questions and expressed thoughtful care concerning my health and wellbeing. To be clear Midwest is not in my neighborhood. However the exemplary customer service is worth making the trip. Thank you Bob and Wendy for the experience.

I'm so happy that my doctor recommended this pharmacy. Wendy and Bob are wonderful. Our healthcare system sucks, and it truly means the world to find people who genuinely care about their patients/customers as individuals. If you're going to CVS or Walgreens, do yourself a favor and support this lovely small business instead. NYC needs places like this.

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used in Manhattan in my ten plus years of living here. It’s a family business that is so attentive and provides great customer service. I highly recommend using them!

Family-owned and super friendly. Wendy and Bob have consistently made my experience pleasant and efficient! I am able to pick up my prescriptions and more in one place! No need to go to Walgreens or CVS when you have Wendy and Bob who provide you with custom-care and really good advice! Highly recommend.

I unfortunately can’t go to this pharmacy because they’re not in network for me. I’ve had such a terrible time being thrown around from pharmacy to pharmacy, with no help or direction and so many people are so rude and unhelpful. I spoke with Wendy (before I knew Midwest Pharmacy was out of network). She was so so kind. Called me back like she said she would, gave me so much information and was so helpful. I wish they were in network because I’d be loyal to them, easy! If you can, please go here. They’re so nice and so knowledgeable. Biggest bummer that I can’t!

Wendy and Bob are the BEST! I was having trouble filling a prescription for a while now. I had called several different pharmacies with no luck. Then I called Midwest and Wendy was super helpful and was able to help me immediately, where my regular pharmacy was unable to do anything for 2.5 weeks! When I got to the store, Wendy introduced herself and her husband Bob came out. They were super friendly and really took care of me-- really made me feel welcomed. I plan to switch my prescriptions to them! Letting all my friends know that this mom and pop shop is top notch! Really good people!

Wendy and Bob are truly the heart of this pharmacy! They are incredibly kind, caring, and knowledgeable—always going above and beyond to help their customers. Whether it's answering questions, or offering thoughtful advice, they make every visit a great experience. It’s rare to find a pharmacy where you feel genuinely cared for, but Wendy and Bob have created just that in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen. Highly recommend! P.S. Who wants to go to CVS or Walgreens, wait in line for 20 minutes and hear the pharmacist yell "NEXT!" Not me! Midwest Pharmacy is the best!

Midwest is hands down the best pharmacy in the city!! They know me by name, they care how im doing, they always have my medication on stock and ready for me on refill day (which usually makes me anxious- refill day at cvs was always hell, they wouldn't tell me my meds were out of stock or that they "never received the prescription" until I physically was in the store.) They take care of prior authorization with my wonderful doctor, so I dont need to deal with the insurance company myself. Just a fantastic mom and pop pharmacy!!! Ill never go to cvs again, not when I have midwest taking care of me.

This pharmacy is run well, almost charming, and I think it's a family business. They were friendly and knowledgeable and handled insurance directly and I didn’t have to wait.
